For unlock this phone first of all do this as following
Press Menu - 0 (hold) enter code 147359 - select GCF Test - select Rel.199 or Rel.15 - Phone will reboot and unlocked
Note: This solution only work with old firmware files installed in handsets, For new version firmware, yet Full solution not available at the moment
