To remove contact service of BB5 handsets like 7210c, 5130 and any other model, first of all we need its full original pm file in which a lot of securities are there, and also have to save its original rpl file. First open the nokia service tool and in that open service option and in that select the pm section of the BB5 handsets, in that press load from file
and just select the appropriate original pm file that you have of the particular handset you want to do, then a lot of pm security files will open and just only check mark no. 1 and 309 pm file and write to the handset by just click the pmm auth, it will automatically remove the contact service fault from the handset online by server and if by chance handset imei no. gets 12345678….. then just rewrite the rpl file in imei section imei rebuild, that we have previously save of the handset.
