Dear just first remove the backcover, and then remove its screws from back and then just remove first its back body very carefully and disattach the fpc , the whole pcb will shown to you very clearly and ten after the lcd part that slides just slowly open its slider pannel and remove rubbers and screws from back of the upperlcd pannel,and then after just open the front glass pannel, you will see the display and then just replace the display and pack it as you open it very carefully.
