Dear, this handset newly launched and very nice handset, but if by any reason your handset get pattern locked or do any software problem just hard reset by using this trick.
1. First power off the phone, and press volume down key and power key for 2 seconds and then release the power key but not the volume down key untill android logo appears with language option
2. Second step is to select the english language and then recovery options will appear
3. third, select wipe data/factory reset and your handset will get format automatic and then reboot device, enjoy
