Procedure/ Trick to unlock the handset
1. first press and hold vol up and power key
2. Android logo will appear after few seconds
3. Then to get in recovery menu, just touch once home key that is the center home touch button
4. Then options will display and among them, select wipe data with volume up/down keys
5. And to confirm that option , press touch key at left bottom
Then reboot device and handset successfully unlocked.
