Dear its very easy to hard reset this handset but there is small trick that you have to use, you have to just press first power on button for 3 seconds, immediately keep pressing the volume down key for 20 seconds then android logo will came first and after that warning logo will come, then release the keys and press the home touch key to get the wipe options, and then by volume keys select the wipe data factory reset option and select by left handside touch key. and delete all data, reboot and enjoy.
